Trade Equity does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. For example, we disclose information, as permitted by law, to nonaffiliated companies that work for us in providing Training, Admin, and Membership services to you. These companies include those who prepare statements of your accounts, confirmed audits, and credit reports. These companies are required to sign strict confidentiality agreements with Trade Equity. In addition, we disclose information, as permitted or required by law, to government and regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We will make disclosures to comply with a legal summons, court order, subpoena or similar legal process, a fraud investigation, audit or examination. Finally, we are permitted to disclose information if you have provided your consent. Trade Equity does not sell or rent personal information to any third party The kind of security procedures that are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under the control of Trade Equity: Trade Equity restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know such information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. Trade Equity offers a secure server and password-protected environment. Trade Equity works to protect the security of your information during the ordering process by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input on the order forms. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, wetransmit the entire number to the appropriate credit card company for processing of your orders. It is important to you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, in our member area. Makesure you take the steps necessary to keep that secure. Customer information is stored in our firewall-protected data center which is not directly accessible to theInternet.

Site and Service Updates:
We may send Members website and service announcement updates by email. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with Members to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a Member's personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address) we provide several ways for a Member to correct or update their personal information. The following options are provided:

If a Member no longer desires our service we provide two ways to remove that Member's personal data from our system. All requests to remove a Member from our system will be verified prior to removal to insure the proper identity of the requester.
